Guarantees

Many of the products from the Orion Brochure are covered by two, three or five year replacement guarantees. If not stated, all others are covered by a 12 month replacement guarantee. This does not cover accidental damage or improper use or negligence and must be installed by a qualified plumber in a domestic setting only.
These guarantees do not cover general wear and tear or poor installations and consequential losses will never be covered. None of the above effect your statutory rights.
